Go to My Orders in your account and click "Exchange" next to your item within 3 days of delivery.

Upload clear photos of the product with tags still attached to support your exchange request.

We Review

Our team reviews your request within 24 hours and approves it if all conditions are met.

Get Your New Item

Your replacement item is picked up and the new one dispatched simultaneously.

Exchange conditions:

Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Item must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached.
Exchanges are available for size, colour, or style (subject to stock availability).
PRAUME does not offer cash refunds — exchange only.
Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
Inner-wear and accessories cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
